Further to your mail below I would like you to refer through a historical journey if you would under stand this then its easy for you to under stand the historical,legal and constitutional stance of India Pakistan and Kashmiries which were denied by both countries through their bilateral contracts and if you update your record of recent Sing Gillani meeting in Egypt.Both are agree to continue statuesque (as it is) between their CBMS.

Your statement "Balancing India & Pakistan" is not our job last 62 years on both of them are doing counter productive activities to balancing each other through undeclared proxy war.The need of our time to present our case against every where in the world.Kashmiries lost because of external proxy agenda and their proxy tools.
On 15th August 1947 the British paramountcy ceased to exist and the sovereignty of the of Jammu Kashmir state was legally to the people of Jammu Kashmir automatically. This reversion of sovereignty towards the people of Jammu Kashmir was in consequence of the provision 7b of the Indian Independence Act 1947.
Thus ,the people of Jammu Kashmir had a legal right of self determination to shape their own destinies by forming their own government.The Govt.of 4th October had that legitimacy.
What Govt.of Pakistan did 24th Oct.1947, Karachi Packet 28 April 1949 we condemn and opposed it more events could be add in their.
Providing a legitimacy to Indian state version through a statement is a serious matter of understanding.
Accepting Mahraja Bahdar`s instrument of accession with India on 26 Oct 1947 was not a legitimate legal, historical and constitutionally correct.
On the issue of Junnah Garh Indian state produced its document of accession with to Pakistan and UN,if Mahraj`s document exists any where why they did`t produced to Pakistan and UN at least to settle with Pakistan.
For more understanding read Alasteir Lamb and an American author Stanley Woolpart they exposed the Indian claim related to the accession and raised many other question`s which India fails to prove it.
Indian authorities construct this story to keep its occupation on Jammu Kashmuir.
I will try to produce more historical facts some other time .I suggest you to pour your energy for the release of JKNAP president
and leadership of JKNSF and their purposed long march on August 6 in POK.

JK NAP OFFICIAL POLICY ON INDIA AND PAKISTAN
A POLICY STATEMENT OF IC JKNAP
As a spokesperson of IC JKNAP I would like to endorsed that the India and Pakistan are the occupiers of the state Jammu Kashmir and as a Kashmiri our case is against the both occupied states India Pakistan.
That's the only historical and constitutional position which gaining a broader support not only POK, IOK POGB and KD (Kashmiri Diaspora).The issues of accession with India or Pakistan are out of question for the indigenous people of Jammu Kashmir.
Its only suites them are working with Delhi Islamabad.
Javeed Inyat presented a crystal clear position of JKNAP on the issue and that is a principle stand of JKNSF since 1966.
Working with India or Pakistan is not our stand.
Independent Kashmir is our goal with the new social contract within the Kashmiries living under in the forcibly divided occupation of Pakistan India.
We also demanded a immediate unconditional release of Laquat Hayyat president JKNAP and other detained leaders of JKNSF.

This is an act which can not be tolerated as this is a direct attack on foundations of JK NAP.
In fact these people have been doing so under a pre planned hidden agenda to destabilise JK NAP, any such act of aggression will not be accepted in any case.
JK NAP official policy on India and Pakistan has been now spelt out by comrade Javed Inayat (coordinator IC JK NAP) and is posted on Tehreekiazadi on 29 July 2009 under message number 1184. Its title is Re: Brussels.

As it is stated in the message too, this is JK NAP's official policy regarding India and Pakistan, now all debate regarding our policy on India and Pakistan must stop.
JK NAP has posted official policy on the net to remove any ambiguity, and so people, particularly from other parties, morally should not spread rumours about JK NAP policy regarding India and Pakistan.
Policy is a party's internal matter and we do not allow others to interfere with our internal affairs.

Your statement below is exactly what Indian state official policy has on Kashmir since 1947. It is Indian case against Pakistani occupation and it is true India is right against Pakistani state aggression. Pakistani state has been made case against Indian state that Indian occupation is illegal because Kashmir as a Muslim majority state should be with Pakistan etc. We Kashmiris have case against both countries that both have been occupied our homeland illegally, none of the countries have any endorsement from any major section of our society nor any legal authority has been set up to ask Kashmiris who is legal and who is not legal occupier. JK LF used to have this position during 90s that Pakistani state has been our supporter and her position on Kashmir is legal and Indian position is not legal and Kashmiris must wage a war against Indian occupation. It is not Kashmir is who have given any legality to any country so far, nor there is even any political party which has been endorsing this Indian and Pakistani state official position on Kashmir, not even pro-Indian and pro- Pakistani parties, they all concede the disputed position of Kashmir both side of LOC. Until now so far only Indian state and UK PNP has taken this position on Kashmir.
Maharaja Kashmir can not be made an example because he was forced to that but even, if he did it intentionally our position is that we JK NAP people refuse to accept it. Indian position is against Pakistan and Pakistani stand is against Indian state, none of the countries ever denied Kashmiris right of self determination, not even in UN and both countries leadership made promises to Kashmiri people that they will return their sovereignty as soon as peaceful situation will be restored in Kashmir but we have seen all promises have been broken until now after 62 years have passed, do we should accept their legal position after 6 decades deceiving and deception policy against Kashmiri people and crimes both countries have committed against our fellow Kashmiri citizens both side of LOC. If India and Pakistan had done things in months that could have been acceptable in 1947, but now advocating that whose occupation is legal whose is illegal is irrelevant issue for majority of Kashmiris both side of LOC.
You asked that who has created Kashmir dispute first, you seems like buying official version of Kashmir dispute. Indian and Pakistani ruling classes are responsible creating Kashmir dispute because their master British had planned that way, so they had no courage to deviate from this British official policy. Both Indian national Congress and Muslim league are the creation of British Govt and supported by British Govt and none had done any thing so far against their colonial master. Kashmir dispute was created by British and their stooges in the region, Indian and Pakistani rulers. Both countries had done what ever they been told and both clearly took their masters directions and followed then until now. Let me clear it that Pakistani state has no power at all to even sustain with Kashmir issue even one year and Nehru had helped them taking Kashmir dispute in to UN and he was directed by world powers that time and supported by them. Do we believe that all these Kashmiris were militants no, not at all, let say 5,000 or even 10 to 20 thousand can be militants but not one lakh or even let say Indian state official estimate is 70 to 80 thousand people they have killed so far, how many of them are innocents 98% of them are innocents Kashmiris. We kashmiris refuse to accept all Indian and Pakistani versions of solutions because none of the countries have kept any promise, so Kashmiris are not bound to accept any thing from our occupiers. PAKISTAN/KASHMIR: Hundreds of activists illegally arrested at the demand of secular and democratic united Kashmir
In the Pakistani part of Kashmir several political activists and students have been arrested for observing the demands for an independent Kashmir, free from India and Pakistan. Mr. Sardar Liaquat Hayat, the Central President of the Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party, and several activists of the Jamu and Kashmir National Awami Party (JKNAP) and Jammu Kashmir National Students Federation (JKNSF), were arrested without any judicial warrants or charges. At the time of arrest on July 19, 2009, they were protesting against the call by the prime minister of Kashmir to annex Kashmir with Pakistan. Police conducted raids in Rawalakote city and arrested Liaquat Hayat, Wajid Ayyub and Shaihid Sharaf without arrest warrants from their homes. The same day the ruling party of Pakistani Kashmir organized a public rally to commend the so-called Kashmir’s accession to Pakistan at Rawalakote city.
July 19 is observed in Pakistan as the annexation of Kashmir to Pakistan since 1948, during the day governments of Pakistan and Kashmir (Pakistani) demanding the whole of Kashmir (including Indian territory) from the UN to be annexed to Pakistan as the unfinished agenda of creation of Pakistan.
On the same day in another incident, law enforcement personnel abducted and humiliated four Kashmiri students belonging to the JKNSF in Rawalpindi, Punjab province-Pakistan, for demanding the liberation of Kashmir from both Pakistan and India. It is alleged by the nationalist groups that leaders of the JKNAP and the JKNSF have been harassed, tortured and detained in the past as well for demanding basic human rights in the parts of Kashmir under Pakistani occupation. The JKNAP and JKNSF were opposing the annexation of Kashmir to Pakistan and demanding, the reunification of all the divided parts of Jammu Kashmir and its complete independence from India and Pakistan, based on secularism, democracy, equality, rule of law and social justice.
The Asian Human Rights Commission urges the government of Pakistan, who runs the affairs of their part of Kashmir through the federal ministry of Kashmir affairs, to release the activists of JKNAP and JKNSF and provide the right of freedom of expression and freedom of association to their part of Kashmir. The people of Kashmir have a legitimate right to protest peacefully. Denying the people this right is a serious violation of their basic human rights and contravenes the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR 1948) and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR 1966) as Pakistan is a signatory to both the covenants as a member nation state.

Various reports confirm that the the ISI,POK police and authorities of Got. of POK are harassing over to the leaders and workers of JKNAP+JKNSF.A couple of days ago some agency personals threaten to the president of JKNSF Raja Sabah and other lead rs of JKNAP NSF to denounce the call of long march.

JK LF used to have this position during 90s that Pakistani state has been our supporter and her position on Kashmir is legal and Indian position is not legal and Kashmiris must wage a war against Indian occupation. It is not Kashmir is who have given any legality to any country so far, nor there is even any political party which has been endorsing this Indian and Pakistani state official position on Kashmir, not even pro-Indian and pro- Pakistani parties, they all concede the disputed position of Kashmir both side of LOC. Do we believe that all these Kashmiris were militants no, not at all, let say 5,000 or even 10 to 20 thousand can be militants but not one lakh or even let say Indian state official estimate is 70 to 80 thousand people they have killed so far, how many of them are innocents 98% of them are innocents Kashmiris. Your statement below is exactly what Indian state official policy has on Kashmir since 1947. It is Indian case against Pakistani occupation and it is true India is right against Pakistani state aggression. Test for Kashmiri nationalists

Sardar Liaquat Ayat is not only in hot water but he is in jail. He is going through this ordeal not because he has committed any crime but because he has expressed an opinion which is against interest of the ruling elite.
He is a known Kashmiri nationalist, and President of Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party. I have not met him but he came to my attention when I read his interview in Saeed Asad’s book regarding human rights abuse in Neelam Valley. Sardar Liaquat Ayat very bravely and unequivocally exposed acts of human rights abuse committed by Pakistan army. His statement was so good that we produced quotes for the speech which was delivered at Geneva by KNP Chairman, Abbas Butt.
Sardar Liaquat Ayat while referring to Pakistan army, said:
‘Forces of occupation were present everywhere and openly displaying their weapons to harass people. If you want to see unruly army, which has no care for welfare of the people, and which is not controlled by any one then visit the Neelam Valley. This army is stationed in villages and populated areas. There is no concept of sanctity of ‘chader and chaar divari’ - meaning respect for home and dignity of women, because honour and dignity is trampled under big boots of the army. Dignity and honour of no one is safe here. Sexual abuse is common here; and because of fear factor no one dares to complain’.
When I read this statement I knew he will have to pay for his honesty and bravery. He was arrested for holding a public meeting on 19 July, and exposing a political fraud committed on this date in 1947. The ruling party - Muslim Conference, in Pakistani Administered Kashmir claims that their party on this date passed accession to Pakistan resolution. History does not support this contention, but when lies are spoken consistently and over a long period of time some people will believe them.
The facts are that in a press conference held on 28 May 1947, Choudhry Hameedullah, acting President of the Muslim Conference said: ‘Accession to Pakistan will disturb Hindus while accession to India will disturb Muslims. Therefore, we have decided not to enter into any controversy either with India or Pakistan. The second thing we have decided is that we should try to acquire independence for the State. The third question now before us is what would be the position of the Maharaja? We have never been lacking in showing loyalty and respect for him and it is because of this attachment that we did not support the Quit Kashmir Movement although in one way it was a natural Movement. We, therefore, felt that we should try to find a solution which will maintain the position of the Maharaja Bahdur while at the same time, it should also satisfy the Praja. The best solution that we have found is that the Maharaja should become a constitutional King as is the position in many countries…… The fourth thing that we have decided is that we should a Constituent Assembly of our own to draft our constitution……’
Choudhry Hameedullah had full support of leadership of the party, and it was expressed in the meeting of the Working Committee of the Muslim Conference on 18 July 1947. The working Committee after careful consideration unanimously endorsed the statement made by, the acting President, Choudhry Hameedullah; and ‘ unanimously adopted a resolution calling upon the Maharaja to declare independence and assured him of the Party’s wholehearted support and co operation.’
This was a bombshell to all those who regarded Muslim Conference as their ‘pet’, and regarded Kashmir being in their ‘pocket’. Much publicised Muslim Conference ‘Convention’ was itself a fraud, as no official invitations were given to delegates, which is the normal practise. A small advertisement was placed in newspaper and members were requested to attend the ‘Convention’, which was attended by less than hundred people, and mainly supports of Mirwaiz who were motivated by religious fervour.
On 19 July 1947 a resolution was passed that was contradictory to the one passed by the Working Committee, which normally consists of matured and experienced people. It was also contradictory to the official policy of the party and statement of Choudhry Hameedullah. The resolution said, ‘It is, therefore, necessary that the State must accede to Pakistan’. People wonder what had happened between 18th and 19th July which brought about a complete U – turn.
Sardar Liaquat Hayat was arrested for crime of exposing political fraud committed on 19 July 1947, and imposed on reluctant people of Jammu and Kashmir in order to promote their own interest and also the interest of Islamabad. He condemned the so called ‘accession resolution’, and advanced the cause of democratic, secular, and united independent Jammu and Kashmir.
Pro Pakistan government and Pakistani agencies have shown what they are capable of doing. They have arrested these leaders, which is clear abuse of their human rights and clear violation of UNCIP resolutions on Kashmir, which says: ‘All authorities within the State of Jammu and Kashmir will undertake to ensure in collaboration with the Plebiscite Administrator that:
(a) There is no threat, coercion or intimidation, bribery or other undue influence on the voters in plebiscite;
(b) No restrictions are placed on legitimate political activity throughout the State. All subjects of the State, regardless of creed, caste or party, shall be safe and free in expressing their views and in voting on the question of the accession of the State to India or Pakistan. There shall be freedom of the Press, speech and assembly and freedom of travel in the State, including freedom of lawful entry and exit;
(c) All political prisoners are released;
(d) Minorities in all parts of the State are accorded adequate protection; and
(e) There is no victimisation’.
We people of Jammu and Kashmir are a divided lot. We have failed to shown unity when most needed. NAP is a pro independent party, which like other parties needs a political space, but we have to see it differently. We have to view this as an attack on our liberties, attack on a fellow leader and attack on our fundamental belief of independence. We have to demonstrate our complete solidarity with NAP leaders and take active part in release of these leaders. It should not be taken as a struggle of NAP, but struggle of all those who believe in united and independent Kashmir, and all those who believe in secular, democratic and progressive Kashmir.
In this regard I request all nationalist parties to fully cooperate with NAP leaders and support all their programmes to demonstrate unity; and send a clear message to the authorities that if you want peace and harmony in this region then release these political prisoners immediately and without any conditions. Apart from that I request nationalist parties to organise protests independently as well to show that it is not struggle of NAP only, but struggle of all freedom loving people.
Apart from that NAP and other nationalist parties should contact embassies and Foreign Offices of different countries and explain the plight of people and human rights abuse perpetrated in Pakistani Administered Kashmir. If we Kashmiri nationalists failed to get release of these innocent people then it will be a clear signal to the authorities that these people are divided and cannot rise above their petty differences.
This impression will open a floodgate of human rights abuses in this area, and lead to subjugation of other nationalists. We need to send a clear message to the authorities that we will not allow them to contravene our social, political and economic rights; and any attempt to curb our human rights will be opposed and brought to the attention of the international community.

FIR`S LODGED AGAINST JKNAP AND JKNSF
URGENT APPEAL
KASHMIR: Basic human rights denied; freedom of expression, freedom of peaceful assembly; arbitrary arrest and detention:
Sardar Liaquat Hayat (Central President of Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party) and other political activists were arrested without any judicial warrants in Pakistani Occupied Kashmir, which is serious violation of basic human and political rights.
DETAILS AND FACTS OF THE CASE:
Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party (JKNAP) and Jammu Kashmir National Students Federation (JKNSF) organized protest marches and public meetings all over Pakistani Occupied Kashmir on 19th of July 2009 to condemn the so called resolution of Kashmir’s accession with Pakistan adopted by the ruling party of POK (Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference). Both JKNAP and JKNSF are democratic, secular, progressive and non violent political organizations of the State of Jammu Kashmir, advocating the reunification of all the divided parts of Jammu Kashmir and its complete independence through political and non violent means and institute a system of governance based on secular democracy, equality, rule of law and social justice.
On July 19th 2009, POK Police raided in Rawalakote city and arrested Liaquat Hayat (central president of JKNAP), Wajid Ayyub and Shaihid Sharaf without arrest warrants. The same day ruling party of POK organized a public rally to commend the so called Kashmir’s accession to Pakistan at Rawalakote city, JKNAP and JKNSF took out protest rallies all over POK in favor of a secular, independent and democratic Kashmir. In order to suppress the pro-people, pro-democracy, pro-independence, anti-theocracy and anti-militancy ideology Pakistani secret agencies, civil and military bureaucracy of Islamabad delivered the secret orders to POK administration (in practice headed by two lent officers from Islamabad, the chief secretary and the inspector general of police). POK administration has lodged FIR’s against more than hundred activists of JKNAP and JKNSF and police is creating an atmosphere of harassment for the families and friends of the activists of JKNAP and JKNSF.
In another incident agents of secret services abducted and humiliated four Kashmiri students in Rawalpindi for being the activists of JKNSF and advocating liberation of Kashmir from both Pakistan and India. Leaders of JKNAP and JKNSF have been harassed, tortured and detained in the past as well for demanding basic human rights in the parts of Kashmir under Pakistani occupation.
International Council Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party (ICJKNAP) stresses that the use of such violence must come to an end immediately. The people of Kashmir have a legitimate right to protest peacefully. Denying the people of this right is a serious violation of their basic human rights and contravenes the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR 1948), International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR 1966) as Pakistan is a signatory of both the covenants as a member nation state.
SUGGESTED ACTION:
ICJKNAP urges Amnesty International, United Nations, Human Rights Watch, OMCT, Asian Human rights Commission and other International and regional human rights group to take the above mentioned narration serious and intervene the situation in POK immediately. We demand immediate release of Sardar Liaquat Hayat and other comrades; otherwise we reserve the right to peaceful protest in front of Pakistani embassies and consulates all over the world.

On the subject "LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES" as a political worker we always been happy to learn our mistakes,if you do work in masses you do expect some errors or mistakes,if we learn then it is a way forward.We are not believe in NO WORK NO MISTAKE.
As you mention in your mail below about the chairman of UKPNP.When he was arrested in hands of ISI,JKNSF is the first one who has been done strong demonstration in POK, for the illegal detention of him.Now we are expecting more support in POK on ground which we needed at that to emerge stronger peaceful prtoes against local administration and agency raj.
On the matter of principle we have a very clear stand over the Proxy leadership .Those are associated with Pakistan or India, are not belongs to the indigenous Kashmiri struggle in POK,POGB,IOK and KD (Kashmiri Diaspora).
On this principle we need to draw a line between the friend of Kashmir and friends of India Pakistan.That the true direction and colour of our struggle.Which is very difficult but there is no other way forward for Kashmiries.
In early 1980 in POK ,JKNSF led a successful agitation against Gen.Hayyat`s brutal rule and NSF Nisar Shaeed killed PC (Punjanb Constabulary) and FC (Frontier Constabulary) straight fired on peaceful demonstrations and dozens injured and later JKNSF leader Arshad Billu were killed.JKNSF sec.gen.Faheem Akram Sheed hunted by MC govt. and culprits are close to POK opposition leader Atique Kahan.
JKNSF and JKNAP are the real victims politics of Islamabad and agency MAFIA in POK.
We are looking forward work with any one who stand against the occupied armies of Pakistan India.

As you mention in your mail below about the chairman of UKPNP.When he was arrested in hands of ISI,JKNSF is the first one who has been done strong demonstration in POK, for the illegal detention of him.Now we are expecting more support in POK on ground which we needed at that to emerge stronger peaceful prtoes against local administration and agency raj.
On the matter of principle we have a very clear stand over the Proxy leadership .Those are associated with Pakistan or India, are not belongs to the indigenous Kashmiri struggle in POK,POGB,IOK and KD (Kashmiri Diaspora).
On this principle we need to draw a line between the friend of Kashmir and friends of India Pakistan.That the true direction and colour of our struggle.Which is very difficult but there is no other way forward for Kashmiries.
In early 1980 in POK ,JKNSF led a successful agitation against Gen.Hayyat`s brutal rule and NSF Nisar Shaeed killed PC (Punjanb Constabulary) and FC (Frontier Constabulary) straight fired on peaceful demonstrations and dozens injured and later JKNSF leader Arshad Billu were killed.JKNSF sec.gen.Faheem Akram Sheed hunted by MC govt. and culprits are close to POK opposition leader Atique Kahan.
JKNSF and JKNAP are the real victims politics of Islamabad and agency MAFIA in POK.
We are looking forward work with any one who stand against the occupied armies of Pakistan India.

Sense of national responsibility in Kashmiri diaspora is promoting a cause of Independent Kashmir around the world.
Further to Mr.Ishaq Sharif`s mail below is encouraging to all of us living abroad.He tried his best to promote the pro people mission with the understanding of that there is a no respect of fundamental human rights in POK.The ISI and other Pakistani secret agencies are targeting on the leadership of JKNAP and JKNSF with the help of local police and puppet proxy politicians.
The matter of fact is that Dr.Vijay Sazawal did a fantastic effort to raised arrest of JKNAP president, and the issue of training camps of LT,and other groups are near to the residence president of POK. Thanks to Dr.Sazawal and Ishaq Sharif.
Other Kashmiri diaspora could be able to do the same where ever they are ? We need to identify those groups promoting the agenda of Islamabad +Delhi on the name of Kashmir cause.

In your message you mentioned that Raja sahib has delivered a lecture about the Taliban in front of Think tank .His speech about the taliban may be very good but their character practically is very different . Raja sahib office & residence in Muzaffarabad Jalaabad .It will be very interesting for you to know that just 5minute drive are the camps of Lashkar tabia i.e in a village Rara. These camps are organised & run by the ISI officials & the gov't land is provided to these Jehadies people there with the permission of the president & P.M of the POK . I , we know that it is now fashion to talk about the taliban but its very strnge that Think tank are silent when all these issues run in pakistan by the corrupt leaders . Subject: Exchange with the President of AJK, Raja Zulqarnain Khan, Regarding Recent Arrests in AJK
I was invited by a Washington Think Tank to a meeting where Raja saheb was the featured speaker. In the Q&A session, I raised the point about the arrest of JKNAP and JKNSF activists on July 21, who had held (bravely) counter-rallies regarding the "State Accession to Pakistan" day held on July 20th. I also asked him to comment on relocation of Taliban from Swat to AJK by the Pakistani intelligence agencies as claimed by JKNAP and JKNSF.
In response, the President said he was unaware of these arrests. He asked where these had occurred, and when I said it was in Rawalakot, he was taken aback and quickly focused on responding to the related inquiry about Taliban.
President Khan went into great length denouncing Taliban and everything that it stood for. He said blowing up themselves as suicide bombers is a "cash checque" for most poor families in the region, and if a family has 7 children and donate one to Taliban, it pays enough monetary rewards in return for the rest of the family to lead a good life. He said Amjad Kasab came from such a family in Pakistan. The President said Kashmiris have nothing to do with Taliban and do not accept their ideology or passion for violence.
Responding to another question about possible U.S. role, raised by a valley based Kashmiri (Muslim) journalist presently visiting Washington, Raja saheb said that he was against the intervention of Americans in the Kashmir dispute. America, he noted, has its own axe to grind, and the Kashmir issue must be resolved by India and Pakistan working together in spite of all challenges from both countries to scuttle such a dialogue. Every one agreed (including myself) that Kashmir will not prosper until India and Pakistan resolve all their differences and peace returns to the region. Raja saheb emphasized other issues, like the water rights, are also important to Pakistan, and said Pakistan was facing a severe water shortage as rivers flowing into Pakistan are discharging less water. (What he did not say is that the same issue exists with Ganges, Brahmaputra, and other rivers in India as the rise in population in the subcontinent, combined with global warming, are rapidly shrinking Himalayan glaciers affecting the entire region.)

Pakistani state secret agencies are threatening JK NAP and JK NSF leaders for bad consequences if they do not cancel 6th August long march. Raja Saba central president of JK NSF has been constantly harassed by state secret agencies on telephone that he will be arrested and charged on fabricated cases, if he did not stop long march for the release of JK NAP president and JK NAP activists and JK NSF activists. JK NAP and JK NSF has announced a long march on August 6th but ISI and MI secret agencies are trying to use fascist tactics against JK NAP and JK NSF leaders. It is highly condemnable act that ISI and MI is harassing JK NSF and JK NAP activists only for holding a demonstrations and demanding for the release of their comrades. It has been proved that ISI and Military intelligence agency has the the power to do do whatever they want to do in Pakistani occupied Kashmir. In this region of Kashmir, power lies in the hands of Pakistani state secret agencies and their has not been any rule of law. Pakistani secret agencies having strong grip on this region of Kashmir which has been occupied by Pakistani state. Pakistani state agencies have been imposed their own law which has been the real one and it has nothing to do with any constitution, it is based on their likeness and dis-likeness. How this region of Kashmir has been ruled by Pakistani state is no more secret at all, local people have been treated by these secret agencies as aliens. Kashmiris from this region have no basic human rights nor they have any say in any place. Their Govt has not been representing any one, except Islamabad and ISI agents nor this POK Govt has any thing to do with this region,s basic rights. ISI and Pak Military has been involved in violating basic human rights but there has never been any attention paid by any international forum nor any human rights group has taken any interest in this region because Pakistani state has been an instrument for the imperialist countries in the region. Pakistani state is always crying for the plight of Indian occupied Kashmir but what has been going on with this part of Kashmir is non issue. Pakistani state has to obey the the international law and must act accordingly. ISI and its affiliated state secret agencies have been violating every single right in the region of POK but crying for the rights of Indian occupied Kashmir,it is nothing but hypocrisy of Pakistani ruling class. IC JKNAP protests this state of affairs in POK and concerns the safety of JK NAP and JK NSF members and activists in this region. The participants were carrying red flags and torches at night and were raising slogans against Pakistani imperialism and the corrupt government of POK. After the rally of protest a huge crowed gathered in the central city, the leaders of JKNAP and JKNSF delivered some speeches against the arrest of JKNSF and JKNAP comrades. The leaders said that this is the brutality of puppet Government of POK which follows the orders of Pakistani Rulers. If they didn’t release the party members JKNSF and JKNAP will continue to protest against the Govt. Exposed Resolution of 19th July Accession with Pakistan in POK a Blunder against Right of Self Determination.
19th July is not the only blunder in the history of Kashmir did by the some of MC (Muslim Conference POK) leaders ,another blunder in YOOM-E- NELLABATT that first ever jihad had been took place by the MC leader Mujad-e- Awal (first Mujahid in history of Islam) Sardar Abdul Qayyum (Father of ex-prime POK minister Attique Khan he announced to celebirate Neel Batt day on 18 August 2009.History did`t support the claims of Muslim Conference these are the true lies in the history of Jammu Kashmir which were well exposed in front of Kashmiri nation.
MC spent a huge public money to promote these irrelevant days (19 July and Neela Batt 18th August) for self projection.The corruption of Sardar Qayoom is not hidden ( Rs.56 Crore Pak-rupee ) on the name of Kashmir jihad and his son`s corruption from public service commission to recent allegation before his removal form the prime minister of POK last year.
MC forward block is a continuation of his legacy of LOTA CRASY in POK.They have a no shame that in the morning time some of their ML`S are with the MC, F(forward block) and in the evening they are with the MC,P (progressive bloc) and the some of other parties were changed 5,6 parties in last ten years period ,because they wanted to stay in (power) governments created by Islamabad.
It is a shame on the name of democracy in POK,that we learnt from their political character.
So if the leadership of JKNAP +NSF exposing their black character in front of the Kashmiri people THAT IS THE CRIME did it by the president JKNAP Liaquat Hayyat and other NSF leaders,they penalised for telling the truth to their own people.

The British Paramountcy of the States has come to an end. It has been transferred to the people. No solution has so far been found out for conceding the demands of various communities living in India. If Kashmir has to keep itself aloof from carnage and bloodshed, it should lose no time in adopting a strong and bold policy. His Highness the Maharaja Bahadur should declare Kashmir independent immediately. A separate constituent assembly to frame the constitution for the state according to the wishes of the people, should be established at once. His Highness the Maharaja Bahadur will receive the cooperation of Muslims in carrying out this policy. The Muslims form 80% of the population. They are represented by the Muslim Conference. The Muslims will welcome the Maharaja Bahadur as the first constitutional ruler of independent and democratic Kashmir.

MC spent a huge public money to promote these irrelevant days (19 July and Neela Batt 18th August) for self projection.The corruption of Sardar Qayoom is not hidden ( Rs.56 Crore Pak-rupee ) on the name of Kashmir jihad and his son`s corruption from public service commission to recent allegation before his removal form the prime minister of POK last year.

International Council JKNAP condemns Harassing its students leaders.
Three JK NSF leaders from Rawalpindi branch Fawad,Adnan and Aziz were picked up by Pakistani state secret agencies while attending an organizational meeting in the city. They picked up by night time and released morning time, after severely beaten them up, humiliating them, abusing Kashmiri nation, insulting them as pro independence Kashmiri students activists and belong to JK NSF. ISI agents have been practicing this harassment policy against JK NSF and JK NAP since long time. JK NSF lost so many of its activists including one of its top ranking student leader and General secretary Sardar Faheem Akram, he was murdered by local Govt agents with the help of ISI. It is unfortunate that ISI has not changed its brutal policy against JK NAP and JK NSF activists and leaders. International Council JK NAP members and its office bearers have taken this harassing policy very serious matter and we are really concern about the lives of our Students and JK NAP activists living and studying in Pakistani cities, where most of these events have been occurring. We IC JK NAP members condemn these fascist tactics against our students activists and think that ISI can not intimidate JK NAP and JK NSF nor can break their will and commitment to the cause of united Independent secular Kashmir. IC JK NAP members warn Pakistani state agencies that do not mess with us, it will cost you more than your imaginations. It is JK NAP leadership who is keeping its students activists and JK NAP cadres peaceful and any attempt to put our youth on violent path would be disastrous consequences for Pakistani state. In Rawalakot, JKNSF and JKNAP organized the protest; the members were holding red flags of JKNAP and JKNSF and were demanding the release of their members and the president of NAP Liaquat Hayat Khan. On the other hand the Government has put all the imprisoned members of JKNSF and JKNAP to Rawalakot Jail after the Judiciary inquiry. JKNSF after the urgent meeting called in District Bagh (POK) has called for a long March towards Rawalakot. The long march was named as

(Birmingham) JKNAP Comrades and members of other left group hold a big meeting and expressed their deep concern over the arrest of president of National Awami Party Liaqat hayat and other NSF activists.Party leader NAP uk Shahid Hashmi addressed the meeting and said 19th of July 1947 has been observed as a black day in the history of kashmir by majority of kashmiries. A fake resolution (state accession to pakistan) was passed in drawing room meeting of few muslim conference members.

THE DEATH OF RIGHT OF SELF DETERMINATION IN POK
A constant struggle towards a dream to achieving a secular ,united and independent Kashmir where a common Kashmiri live with his honour ,unity and dignity.
Its not an easy task to raising a flag of an Independent Kashmir in the presence of a Pakistani hostile army which did`t spare its own people rather they are Bengali,Pashtoon,Blochi or Sindhi or Sriaky.

Statement JKNAP UK
Chairman JKNAP Convention Committee UK Professor Sajjad Raja in his press statement has strongly condemned the arrest of JKNAP and JKNSF leaders in Pakistani Occupied Kashmir. He warned Pakistani authorities in Islamabad and their puppets in Muzaffarabad to immediately release all arrested leaders.
Professor Sajjad said detentions and oppression is nothing new for NAP and NSF. History has always witnessed that whenever government tried to crush NAP and NSF their movement got more support and strength and masses in Pakistani occupied Kashmir have always stood by NAP and NSF for their just cause.
Professor Sajjad Raja said government knows that NAP and NSF workers never show their backs and always have preferred to take bullets on their chest rather than making any bargains or compromising on the principles, he said valleys of Chakothi, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad and Mirpur have witnessed in the past that NAP and NSF preferred to lay down their lives rather than bowing before the oppressors.
He added that recent arrests would give fresh courage to the struggle launched by the sons of soil and the movement will further spread in all streets and towns of Kashmir.

Professor Raja further said that Pakistan even did not mention Kashmir in Egypt meeting with India and now Kashmiri masses have recognized that Pakistan neither has any power nor any interest to support Kashmiries movement for independence. Sajjad Raja urged Kashmiries to unite under the banner of national liberation and march on to push out all occupying forces from Kashmir.
Sajjad Raja admired the courage of NAP central president Sardar Liaquat Hayat and assured him that all sons of soil are behind him and time is very near when all invaders will run out from Kashmir.

It is interesting that you had asked question to the president of POK . In your message you mentioned that Raja sahib has delivered a lecture about the Taliban in front of Think tank .His speech about the taliban may be very good but their character practically is very different . Raja sahib office & residence in Muzaffarabad Jalaabad .It will be very interesting for you to know that just 5minute drive are the camps of Lashkar tabia i.e in a village Rara. These camps are organised & run by the ISI officials & the gov't land is provided to these Jehadies people there with the permission of the president & P.M of the POK . I , we know that it is now fashion to talk about the taliban but its very strnge that Think tank are silent when all these issues run in pakistan by the corrupt leaders . In the pOK , these elements has many , many camps & JKNSF, JKNAP has the clear stand that ISI has brought these so called jehaides for their interest & that is hust to prik the India for negotations about setelling the internal issues of Pakistan .
jammu Kashmir is not a territorial dispute in b/w India & pakistan , It is the matter of 12.5millions Kashmiri future & basic right of self-determination . JKNSF , JKNAP has a very long & clear struggle for the Independence of Kashmir from both the big Nuclear jiants of South asia . I was invited by a Washington Think Tank to a meeting where Raja saheb was the featured speaker. In the Q&A session, I raised the point about the arrest of JKNAP and JKNSF activists on July 21, who had held (bravely) counter-rallies regarding the "State Accession to Pakistan" day held on July 20th. I also asked him to comment on relocation of Taliban from Swat to AJK by the Pakistani intelligence agencies as claimed by JKNAP and JKNSF.
In response, the President said he was unaware of these arrests. He asked where these had occurred, and when I said it was in Rawalakot, he was taken aback and quickly focused on responding to the related inquiry about Taliban.
President Khan went into great length denouncing Taliban and everything that it stood for. He said blowing up themselves as suicide bombers is a "cash checque" for most poor families in the region, and if a family has 7 children and donate one to Taliban, it pays enough monetary rewards in return for the rest of the family to lead a good life. He said Amjad Kasab came from such a family in Pakistan. The President said Kashmiris have nothing to do with Taliban and do not accept their ideology or passion for violence.
Responding to another question about possible U.S. role, raised by a valley based Kashmiri (Muslim) journalist presently visiting Washington, Raja saheb said that he was against the intervention of Americans in the Kashmir dispute. America, he noted, has its own axe to grind, and the Kashmir issue must be resolved by India and Pakistan working together in spite of all challenges from both countries to scuttle such a dialogue. Every one agreed (including myself) that Kashmir will not prosper until India and Pakistan resolve all their differences and peace returns to the region. Raja saheb emphasized other issues, like the water rights, are also important to Pakistan, and said Pakistan was facing a severe water shortage as rivers flowing into Pakistan are discharging less water. (What he did not say is that the same issue exists with Ganges, Brahmaputra, and other rivers in India as the rise in population in the subcontinent, combined with global warming, are rapidly shrinking Himalayan glaciers affecting the entire region.)

KASHMIR: Basic human rights denied; freedom of expression, freedom of peaceful assembly; arbitrary arrest and detention:
Sardar Liaquat Hayat (Central President of Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party) and other political activists were arrested without any judicial warrants in Pakistani Occupied Kashmir, which is serious violation of basic human and political rights.
DETAILS AND FACTS OF THE CASE:
Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party (JKNAP) and Jammu Kashmir National Students Federation (JKNSF) organized protest marches and public meetings all over Pakistani Occupied Kashmir on 19th of July 2009 to condemn the so called resolution of Kashmir’s accession with Pakistan adopted by the ruling party of POK (Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference). Both JKNAP and JKNSF are democratic, secular, progressive and non violent political organizations of the State of Jammu Kashmir, advocating the reunification of all the divided parts of Jammu Kashmir and its complete independence through political and non violent means and institute a system of governance based on secular democracy, equality, rule of law and social justice.
On July 19th 2009, POK Police raided in Rawalakote city and arrested Liaquat Hayat (central president of JKNAP), Wajid Ayyub and Shaihid Sharaf without arrest warrants. The same day ruling party of POK organized a public rally to commend the so called Kashmir’s accession to Pakistan at Rawalakote city, JKNAP and JKNSF took out protest rallies all over POK in favor of a secular, independent and democratic Kashmir. In order to suppress the pro-people, pro-democracy, pro-independence, anti-theocracy and anti-militancy ideology Pakistani secret agencies, civil and military bureaucracy of Islamabad delivered the secret orders to POK administration (in practice headed by two lent officers from Islamabad, the chief secretary and the inspector general of police). POK administration has lodged FIR’s against more than hundred activists of JKNAP and JKNSF and police is creating an atmosphere of harassment for the families and friends of the activists of JKNAP and JKNSF.
In another incident agents of secret services abducted and humiliated four Kashmiri students in Rawalpindi for being the activists of JKNSF and advocating liberation of Kashmir from both Pakistan and India. Leaders of JKNAP and JKNSF have been harassed, tortured and detained in the past as well for demanding basic human rights in the parts of Kashmir under Pakistani occupation.
International Council Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party (ICJKNAP) stresses that the use of such violence must come to an end immediately. The people of Kashmir have a legitimate right to protest peacefully. Denying the people of this right is a serious violation of their basic human rights and contravenes the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR 1948), International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR 1966) as Pakistan is a signatory of both the covenants as a member nation state.
SUGGESTED ACTION:
ICJKNAP urges Amnesty International, United Nations, Human Rights Watch, OMCT, Asian Human rights Commission and other International and regional human rights group to take the above mentioned narration serious and intervene the situation in POK immediately. We demand immediate release of Sardar Liaquat Hayat and other comrades; otherwise we reserve the right to peaceful protest in front of Pakistani embassies and consulates all over the world.

Where the agency officials used the iron rods & severely beaten the leaders of JKNSF. During the tortured the agency officials were using very bad language about the Kashmiri nation & threatened the JKNSF leaders that if they continue to organize the JKNSF in pindi then there will be sever consequences. One can ask the so called democratic leadership of Pak what are the reason that the son of the Kashmir soil were so badly treated by the secret agencies .Does such type of harassment stops the students to work for JKNSF . JKNSF history has proved while sacrificing a lot in the freedom struggle that their destiny is though a far but the comrades are committed to the freedom of Kashmir. In the meantime today four activist again arrested in Rawalkot. I appeal to all the Kashmiri nationalist organizations , human rights NGO's , intellectuals , individuals send their condemnation against this & the important is all this has started in POK after the meeting of Gillani, Sing meeting . The leader of KNP including its Chairman Abbas Butt, Spokesperson Dr. Shabir Choudary, Secretary General Zubair Ansari, UK Zone President Nazam Bhatti, UK Zone Secretary General Nawaz Majeed, Luton Branch President Ishaq Mughal and many others condemn the brutal and cowardly act of Pakistan Secret agencies and the puppet government of the inappropriately named Azad Kashmir.
The arrest of JKNAP and JKNSF leaders and activists should open the eyes of all Kashmiries. The crocodile tears of the Pakistani government upon the action of the Indian army clearly will have no effect. It just proves the fact that if Kashmiri took arms against their occupier then the Pakistan occupied forces will be worse than the Indian army. Evidently this point was already proved in Bangladesh. The NAP leaders haven’t taken arms but yet have been arrested.
In Pakistan and POK there is no freedom of speech or anything else for that matter; you cannot demand your rights, you cannot say anything against the occupier. If your life is precious to you then you have to nod approval to the Muslim Conference.
A few members of the Muslim Conference sitting in a Drawing Room on the 19th July 1947 passed a resolution of state accession to Pakistan. The majority of Kashmiri did not give them the right of this accession but to gain benefit from Pakistan they gather on the 19th of July every year to observe it as an accession day to keep their master happy and get more funds. All nationalist parties and true Kashmiries observe this day as a Black day. We warn the secret agencies of Pakistan to release the leader of JKNAP and JKNSF and to stop creating a situation which will be outside of their grasp and control later on. To participate in a march, conference or appeal is the right of every human being. You cannot stop our right by this brutal and horrific act of your secret agencies which shows an act of cowardice and nothing else!

Pakistani state secret agencies have been in process to set up new Jihadi camps in POK, especially in Muzaffrabad area. JK NAP and JK NSF has been opposing this Jihadi activities and JK NSF had set up a camp against Jihad camps in Muzaffrabad two weeks ago and JK NAP is in its stiff opposition to bring Jihadis from Swat and else where in the region. JK NAP leadership has become a victim of this opposition. Since Swat operation has begun against Taliban Jihadis most of Jihadis including Taliban have been relocated in Azad Kashmir area, most of them have been brought in near Muzaffrabad city. Pakistani intelligence agencies are helping Jihadi groups resettling in POK and would like to use them against left groups in this region. India and Pakistan would love silence those groups which are opposing their version of Kashmir solution. It very unfortunate that Pakistani ISO is still not ready to give up poxy politics in Kashmir region. It is highly alarming situation in POK areas that why these defeated Jihadis have brought in this region only for two reasons , first, if India is not ready to accept Pakistani version of Kashmir solution Pakistani state would use Jihadis from this area to pressurize Indian Govt again but it would be counter productive again, because proxy groups in Kashmir valley has been badly defeated by Indian army and they have very reactionary agenda in Kashmir politics and they are doom to fail. Pakistani state must stop this state sponsored Jihadi agenda. Second, these Jihadis would be an instrumental to suppress local progressive left groups like JK NAP, if Pakistani secret agencies need them. India and Pakistan have been completely failed to come up with durable solution to Kashmir dispute and now after 62 years local left groups have got more influence over this issue and exposed their hypocrisy. It is JK NAP which has gained more ground against right wing Jihad politics in Kashmir. Indian and Pakistani states have silence agreement that any pro peoples group,s activities must be suppressed both side of LOC. JK NAP has exposed local pro Pakistan Kashmiri leadership, its collaboration with Pakistani state and implementing anti people policies in this region. Instead of paying attention to Jihadi issue in Azad Kashmir local Govt has taken very dangerous turn against JK NAP leadership, it would be suicidal attempt for local Govt suppressing JKNAP dissent. JK NAP and JK NSF has street power to mobilize larger crowd, most of our comrades have been very peaceful but state police has started intimidating and trying suppress peaceful demonstrations all over Azad Kashmir cities and towns. Yesterday JK NAP and JK NSF held demonstrations all over POCK but there are some reports police has tried to stop agitations in some cities. It is highly condemnable acts of local administration, secret agencies are trying to turn peaceful demos violent to create more space to severe crackdown on JK NAP activists. JFK NAP and JK NSF has announced that until JK NAP president and other leaders have not been released demos will continue. Yesterday police has arrested three more JK NAP,S comrades from Khaigala city and FIR has been lodged against 100 comrades only in district Rawalakot. It is highly hostile conditions for our comrades but we have seen even more suppressive and violent moves against JKNAP and JK NSF in the past. JK NAP will keep opposing this Jihadi project, anti peoples policies, deceiving and deception policies against our poor working people. We will keep opposing Indian and Pakistani state policies against Kashmiri people, we will never accept any solution impose upon Kashmir people by Both states, no matter how much our comrades will be victimized in the process. JK NAP will keep opposing Indian and Pakistani states war policies in the region and domination over each other and turning Kashmir a battlefield since last 6 decades. JK NAP will keep opposing warmongers in both sides of Wahaga border and will be keep supporting working class struggle against Indian and Pakistani ruling classes. PRESS STATEMENT:
The Jammu Kashmir National Students Federation (JKNSF) announced central call of agitation here in (POK) on 21st of July 2009, against the imprison of President of Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party (JKNAP) and the workers of (JK NAP) arrested due to the black day rallies of the resolution of State Accession to Pakistan on 20th of July 2009. Due to this central call for agitation all the workers of JKNAP and JK NSF gathered in different cities of (POK) protesting against the brutality of police, Corrupt Government of (POK) and demanded that the imprisoned Leaders of (JKNAP, JKNSF) should be released under 24 hours other wise this chain of protest will not be ended.. This protest was also recorded on different press releases by different leaders of JK NAP and JKNSF. While this protest was continued in Rawalakot today police arrested 04 more JKNSF members and has filed 100 of other activists of JKNAP and JKNSF. The president of JKNSF has given threat in a press release that if the JKNSF and JKNAP members are not released before 24 hours we shall continue with this protest against the Government and police.
Threats were also given to three members of JKNSF here in Rawalpindi ( Pakistan ) by Agencies of Pakistan and were being asked about their activities in recent issues.
