POK police arrested JK NAP president and activists.

POK police has been launched a campaign against JK NAP and JK NSF activists, while arresting JK NAP central president Liaqat Hayyat along with two activists, Wajid Ayub and Shahid Sharuf at Rawalakot city where JK NAP having a public rally against 19 July, 1947 resolution of state accession to Pakistan, which was adapted by right wing ruling Party Muslim conference, this party was a main tool of British imperialist power in the region of Kashmir and collaborated with British Govt creating Kashmir dispute between India and Pakistan. JK NAP and JK NSF have been always observing this day as a black day in this part of Kashmir. It is unfortunate that local Govt has been pressurized by Pakistani state secret agencies to launch a campaign against JK NAP and JK NSF leaders and activists. It has been so long now our comrades being brutalized by local Govt agents, JK NSF has been last so many comrades including one of JK NSF central secretary general was also killed by Muslim conference Govt on the behalf of Pakistani secret agencies in Bagh city. State brutalities completely failed to mist rack our comrades in the past and it will doom to fail again. Ruling Muslim conference party has been considering JK NAP and JK NSF its real opposition in POK and always using repressive measures to suppress our genuine struggle. JK NAP has exposed ruling party,s hypocrisy, its loot, exploitation, corruption, nepotism and its political blunders with Kashmiri masses. It is very clear that not only local ruling class but also Pakistani civil and military establishment considers JK NAP a real threat to their interests in the region. As JK NAP has grown its strength, upper classes are feeling so much uneasiness, last election JK NAP fielded many candidates but their nomination papers were rejected because JK NAP has gained popularity among poor masses of Azad Kashmir area. Since last year JK NAP has been increased its political activities around the region and Intelligence agencies have been focusing its activities. It is a first direct attack on JK NAP since new leadership has been taken over. It has proved that how new leadership is effective and competent to take this political struggle to its logical end. Local ruling class has been used all kinds of its tactics to stop JK NAP activities but they failed and this time they will fail again. It is also known that only JK NSF and JK NAP has been victim of state brutalities in POCK area non of the other groups have ever been victimized by state agencies nor any one ever been physically eliminated like JK NAP and JK NSF activists being killed by state power. 19th July is a blunder day for our Kashmiri people and JK NAP has done nothing wrong only organized protest marches, demos and public rallies to just show solidarity with Kashmiri masses who have been distributed among three countries and divided in many parts forcibly. Local Govt under the pressure of secret agencies is violating basic rights including freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of political activities including organization. JK NAP International council has condemned Govt,s coward acts, first try to impose banned on JK NAP rally and when failed arrest central president Liaqat Hayyat along with other comrades. ICJK NAP has been monitoring the situation and developments and will plan accordingly. IC JK NAP coordinator Javed Inayat, spokesman Nadeem Aslam, and its members Nayyar Khan, Saleem Awan, Sjjad Raja, Raja Azad, Rajah Rashid, Ikram mir, Hassn Muhamood, Shahid Azam, Sabir Khan Bloch, Khalique Khan mamoo has strongly condemned the arrest of JK NAP president and activists and warned the Govt secret agencies that do not create situation unbearable for our comrades in POK which may go out of your control, stop state brutalities, stop state repression.
