THE DEATH OF RIGHT OF SELF DETERMINATION IN POK

A constant struggle towards a dream to achieving a secular ,united and independent Kashmir where a common Kashmiri live with his honour ,unity and dignity.
Its not an easy task to raising a flag of an Independent Kashmir in the presence of a Pakistani hostile army which did`t spare its own people rather they are Bengali,Pashtoon,Blochi or Sindhi or Sriaky.

Because majority of the military and civil bureaucracy are belongs to the upper Punjab (i.e Chakwal to Sahiwaal) they have a experience of last 62 years to enjoyed the wealth and resources of the their own nationalities (mention above) including their occupied areas of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) and Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan (POGB) at any coast.

Elite Pakistani Military Bureaucracy ,Civil Bureaucracy,Feudal Landlord and Industrialist are the key player with the strength of International imperialist ally USA.
Before 15th August 1947 most of them were the under oath of the British India and loyal to the British Government at that time,and after they are the new officials, part and parcel of the new Pakistani Govt.1947 to till now they are the holly cows of the Pakistani society.

Along with them in POK they breaded Mujaid-e-Awal (Sardar Qayoom) and many other puppets loyal to Pakistani military elite.Sardar Qayoom started to gain power from Pakistani militry dictators ,Ayub Kahan ,Yahyah Khan, Zia-ul-Haq and up to Mushraf most of time they run POK government with the help of Islamabad.Last year his son Attique lost his government through ( LOTTA CRASY ) culture created by them since last many decades.
On the other hand since 1966 the pro people Jammu Kashmir National Students Fedration (JKNSF) who believe in an Independent ,United and Secular Jammu Kashmir where Kashmiries belongs to a society which is free of exploitation.History will remember its hero's and their struggle.

25th July 1995 Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party was created by her mother students organisation JKNSF.That was a diffident kind if experience in the history of POK,which is lead us towards right an correct side.
Accession to Pakistan and the resolution of 19th July accession with Pakistan is true lie in the history of POK,even its never comply with the Article 257 (1973 ) the constitution of Pakistan whereas its endorse the will of the people of the state Jammu Kashmir.
The resolution of 19th July Kashmir`s accession to Pakistan is dancing on a dead body of Right of Self Determination ?

The JKNAP`s call off the black day on 19th July 2009 is according to the will of the right of self determination of the Kashmir nation which they killed it through brutal POK state reparation.The puppet prime minister and the president of POK must be accountable for that POK president Zuqurnan visiting USA for the Kashmir cause stated that he don`t know the situation over the arrests of the leaders of JKNAP NSF.Its verify who is running POK?

That's the only crime of the brave JKNAP president Liquat Hayyat and other JKNAP+JKNSF leaders.
After successful demonstrations all over POK since 19th July 2009,President JKNAP1- Liquat Hayyat, 2-Shaid Sharukh, 3-Imran Jahngir, 4-Israr 5-Mahmood 6-Wajid Ayyub were sent to Rawlakot prison (Jail) they are in a full Sprite and with courage.
Cases were lodged under the provisions of emergency Act, section 12,13.Which they used a unreasonable wall chocking ,resolution against accession to Pakistan and the military of Pakistan.
The clauses shows the nature and mentality of the ISI and other Pakistani military agencies.

The IC JKNAP JKNAP JKNSF and other like minded groups are showing their solidarity and unity with all those who detained and harassed by the authorities in POK.
We are proud to be the right side of the history and we will be succeeded.
