First of all I would like congratulate members of International council JK NAP, especially, its spokesman Nadeem Aslam advocate, Whid Kashir from kashmiri workers Association Briton, Comrades from Pakistan ComradeTamur CMKP+ NSF+ PDF, Asim Ali Shah, Umer Daraz Khan, Mushtaq Chuadry all of them who supported us in this difficult time, thanks to those progressive left voices from Kashmir also who stand with us. The credits go to JK NAP leadership back home especially JK NAP secretary General Abdul Sattar Khan advocate who made this to happen. JK NAP and JK NSF launched a vigorous campaign against the illegal detention of JK NAP president Liaqat Hayyat along with 7 members of JK NAP and JK NSF. JK NAP leaders have launched second phase two weeks mass agitation which forced the local administration to bow down and give up the stand against JK NAP leadership, after 40 days putting them behind the bar, Govt has no choice but to release them unconditionally and it was a great victory of our comrades over the corrupt ruling class. It was a defeat to Govt elites which they might not desire it again and they have tested the street power of JK NAP and JK NSF. It must be a good lesson to state secret agencies which have been more interesting to intimidate, harass, humiliate JK NAP members and activists through out this campaign without any provocation. It is vision of our comrades who kept this mass agitations completely peaceful, in spite of many provocation acts by local police, even though, some of our comrades have been picked up by the police during the demonstrations, it was intelligence agencies planning to incite violence against JK NAP and JK NSF comrades but we salute our comrades who made them failed their every attempt and kept comrades revolutionary Sprite high.

It is very unfortunate that local administration has shown during this process that it has no power at all. It is very well known that JK NAP leadership was pressurized by army officers in jail and civil administration was asked to hand over JK NAP and JK NSF leaders to ISI and other investigative agencies. It has proved that POK area has no Govt at all nor there is any kind of rule of law in the region. It was clearly told by local Govt officials that they have no interest to keep them behind the bar with out any reason but it is the order of army officers, not to release JK NAP leaders. After 40 days when Govt could not produced any thing against JK NAP leaders then Judge orders their release. It is a region of Kashmir which has been ruled by three bureaucrats from Pakistan Chief secretary, IG police and Accountant General, all of them must be Pakistani national not local citizen of the region and military intelligence agencies have full authority to do whatever they want to do in this region. Local state institutions have been frustrated and made dis-functional by military officers and secret agencies involvement has gone to its last limits in terms of running the state affairs. Pakistani military intelligence agencies used to involve in political affairs in POK but now they have been dictating the local administrative affairs also and mingling with every thing including local election manipulation which has made local people so angry at Pakistani state which has been responsible unleashing its secret state agencies but these agencies are running their own parallel Govt even in Pakistan, no one is interesting to leash them.

Chairman JKNAP Convention Committee UK Professor Sajjad Raja in his press statement has strongly condemned the arrest of JKNAP and JKNSF leaders in Pakistani Occupied Kashmir. He warned Pakistani authorities in Islamabad and their puppets in Muzaffarabad to immediately release all arrested leaders.

Professor Sajjad said detentions and oppression is nothing new for NAP and NSF. History has always witnessed that whenever government tried to crush NAP and NSF their movement got more support and strength and masses in Pakistani occupied Kashmir have always stood by NAP and NSF for their just cause.

Professor Sajjad Raja said government knows that NAP and NSF workers never show their backs and always have preferred to take bullets on their chest rather than making any bargains or compromising on the principles, he said valleys of Chakothi, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad and Mirpur have witnessed in the past that NAP and NSF preferred to lay down their lives rather than bowing before the oppressors.

He added that recent arrests would give fresh courage to the struggle launched by the sons of soil and the movement will further spread in all streets and towns of Kashmir.

Professor Sajjad Raja NAP and NSF will continue to expose bogus, fake and unfounded adulterations made by Pakistani agencies and their puppets to the history of Kashmir. He said NAP and NSF are patriot organisations and would never allow any foreign occupier to misguide and mislead innocent Kashmiri masses.

He stressed that Pakistani forces should mind their business in Pakistan where Pakistani public has risen against them and they are running away from towns and streets of Pakistan. Kashmir should be left to sons of soil and they will look after their interests, he added that Kashmiries do not need any support from Pakistan and Pakistan should immediately quit Kashmir. Professor Raja further said that Pakistan even did not mention Kashmir in Egypt meeting with India and now Kashmiri masses have recognized that Pakistan neither has any power nor any interest to support Kashmiries movement for independence. Sajjad Raja urged Kashmiries to unite under the banner of national liberation and march on to push out all occupying forces from Kashmir.

Sajjad Raja admired the courage of NAP central president Sardar Liaquat Hayat and assured him that all sons of soil are behind him and time is very near when all invaders will run out from Kashmir.

Sajjad Raja urged all democratic, nationalist and truthful Kashmiri leaders to come forward to condemn brutal, undemocratic and oppressive acts of government and Pakistani agencies and support sons of the soil at this critical juncture. He hoped that Kashmiri masses will force government to release NAP and NSF leaders and their march will continue till final victory.

Resolution of 19th July Accession with Pakistan in POK a Blunder against Right of Self Determination.

19 July has long been celebrated as a black day in the history of Kashmir by NSF and NAP as like many other bluffs, puppets of occupying power in Pakistani held Kashmir have been falsely attributing this day to the accession with Pakistan movement by claiming that on this day in 1947 a resolution was passes by all Jammu Kashmir Muslim Conference demanding Kashmir's accession to Pakistan. In the history of Kashmir Muslim Conference would go down as the worst opportunist organisation which has twisted historical facts to gain the power of just two and a half districts of Kashmir by pleasing the occupying invader.

As all those who have read history of Kashmir know very well that there have never been any official meeting on 19 July 1947 on Muslim Conference platform and thus there is no question of any resolution being passed. But Muslim Conference has shamelessly claimed that a resolution was passed on 19 July 1947. It is a bluff just like the claim that Sardar Abdul Qayoom is the first freedom fighter in Kashmir who waged war against Maharajah Hari Singh by firing first bullet to initiate Kashmir liberation movement. All educated people know that Sardar Abdul Qayoom has no role in the liberation move what so ever and that all such claims are not only baseless and fraudulent but are a conspiracy to fabricate and plunder the history of Kashmir.

NSF and NAP have always opposed and resisted all such moves to purify the historical events. Thus on 19 July 2009 NAP and NSF had organised peaceful gatherings all over Pakistani Occupied Kashmir to denounce the false claims of Muslim Conference. Muslim Conference as usual could not afford people to know that historical facts, thus a crackdown on the leaders and activists of NAP and NSF was carried out. Central president of NAP Sardar Liaquat Hayat along with many other leaders was arrested to suppress the truth. Police is actively searching for over one hundred activists of NAP who have been instrumental to organise the rallies against open blunders by Muslim Conference.

But can such moves of oppression stop the dawn from rising and can such brutal tactics prolong the night of lies and fabrication. History has times and again proved that this would never be possible.

We appeal to all peace loving, patriot, anti brutality, freedom friends and all those believing in the politics of truth and principles to condemn the arrests of NAP leaders and request them to demand immediate and unconditional release of all arrested leaders.

Please raise your voice against the brutal politics of suppression, fraud, fabrication and misleading by Muslim Conference and AJK Government on behalf of their occupant masters.

Please come forward and denounce tactics being used by foreign occupying forces in Kashmir.

JK.NAP alongwith JK.NSF observed black day on 19th july in Kashmir whereas a large rally was organized at Rawalakot.
Police raided on JKNAP rally and arrested Liaquat Hayyat central president JK.NAP ,alongwith other members of JK.NSF ,while police has loged FIR against around 100 activists,and searching them for further arrests.

It is to be noted,that 19th july has been observed always as a black day by NAP/NSF, as a fake accession resolution was passed on this day in 1947 by the stooges of Pakistan those who were not the real representatives of Kashmiri masses.

To protect the interests of occupiers local authority of POK has always used repressive measures against patrotic people and try to suppress their voice.

It is brutal act of police to arrest and put behind the bars several members of NAP and NSF.

Thanks for your clarification on certain points related to my mail.As I said in my earlier mail that " We need to stick with the substance and issues related to us " but it is unfortunate with our so called thinkers that they left all related issues behind and concentrate all their strength to find the Qadri ,Bohla ,Asad and etc.
Off course they did that kind of politics since last three decades without any conclusion they can`t be changed.In result on Kashnet the fake ID`s are encouraged to do more with narrow minded approach so they did it.Including you and Jamil Sb.are also interested in this finding.
I agree with Kasnet moderator that reasonable language and substance must be reasonable and acceptable.
An author of social science said "Many author's explain the world , but the real issue is that how to chang the world" .
Another said it is the duty of the writers to give a right direction to the people of their time ,otherwise history never forgive them.
The reply of Javeed Inayat towards an issue to participating election in POK assembly is a very important and proactive attempt to clear his party position he did it before on issues related to NAP, APNA,Hassan.
If some one admits he has a personnel enmity behind his triangle e- mail what we can do?-
The best thing that we can do is to ignore them ,they should be dead in a few day`s.

Hi, I am totally agreed with the role of JKNSF and definitely JKNSF produced a large number of political leaders, activists, academics, intellectuals, since its formation. And also JKNSF is a symbol of nationalism in colleges and universities of Kashmir. But from past few years JKNSF is divided into two groups. One is based on so-called class struggle and Pro Pakistani working under Pakistan Feudal party PPP.But I want to ask few Questions from JKNAP. Creation of JKNAP is a process of itself to stop its cadre to spreading in different parties or groups. 1> What efforts JKNAP made to stop JKNSF members to being a part of Pakistan Peoples Party. Many ex-NSF cadre return into the NAP including Adil Khan ex.president NSF (Marxist) and many others too. 2 > JKNAP was a part of APNA from long time. But now they have decided against it. Why?? We have a strong faith on our own people not Islamabad or Dahli (Pakistan -India).We don`t want that the peoples of Kashmir blame us as a part of proxy politics in POK. APNA have need to address the alegation of Indian sponsored politics.The leadership of JKNAP is very clear on it, that we can`t justify the links of some APNA components with the Indian vested intrests. 3 > JKNAP decided to participate in elections independently, what kind of results they are expecting from elections? Is there any revoluatnary way to change things in Kashmir? Subject: Request to Stop Military Dictator of Pakistan From Inaugurating the Upraising and Extension of Mangla Dam on the Disputed Territory of Pakistani-Held-Kashmir on 30th Sep Excellency, We (Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party – JKNAP and Jammu Kashmir National Students Federation – JKNSF) have already apprised your honour through memoranda about the situation, viza-viz, Mangla Dam, a dam built on the disputed territory of Jammu Kashmir (Pakistani-Held-Kashmir). We have said that the first military junta of Pakistan forcibly constructed this dam on the disputed territory of Jammu Kashmir in 1960-67 and some 10 thousand families out of those who were evicted and displaced are still displace after the lapse of 40 years. Now, some 8 thousand families are going to be evicted and displaced again this time whose rehabilitation is not being thought of and arranged before upraising and extension work is taken up. Moreover, the said dam is being constructed on the disputed territory which is quite un-constitutional, illegal and immoral. Hence our demands are: 1. Pakistan doesn’t have any right to encroach upon the disputed territory of Jammu Kashmir. Hence she should not go for upraising/extending Mangla Dam . Which would be unconstitutional, illegal and immoral on the part of Pakistan. 2. However, if it is inevitable from human point of view, then Pakistan should fulfill the following conditions as prerequisite: (i) She should give reasonable royalty (for using water and generating electricity out of this source) to the AJK Govt. ( a puppet one, of course). (ii) Provide electricity to the people of AJK at cheap rates as is being given to the people of tribal areas. (iii) Start upraising and extension of the dam after constructing reasonable colonies with roads, hospitals, schools and other civic facilities for the displaced persons in the vicinity of the dam. But the military junta of Pakistan have absolutely ignored all our appeals and requests and has announced inauguration of the said project unilaterally on 30th Sep, 002. Consequently, we, being the champions of the independence of Jammu Kashmir and the rights of its people, have decided to confront this sinister move with the help of all other patriotic elements (All Parties National Alliance, JKPNP, Liberation Front, National Liberation Front, Pakistan People’s Party, Azad Kashmir, Freedom Movement, and some other parties etc) and have announced 30th Sep, 002 as ‘Black Day’ In Pakistani-Held-Kashmir. We are also going to start a ‘Long March’ to Mangla Dam (Mirpur AJK) on 4th Oct, 002.
