India went to the UN for a cease fire order and maintain cease fire.The UN basic aim is that to maintain international peace and security and the plebiscite under the Indian administration which were never happen and exercised?

Under the Shimla agreement (between Ind-Pak) both countries agreed to transform Kashmir issue , international to bilateral.

Kashmiri nation is not a signatory, or a part of any UN resolution or bilateral agreements ,so we are not bound with them and our national and international interests are not protected. There is a not any count that India and Pakistan having Kashmir`s wealthy sources without any permission or consent of the people of the state?

Under the 61 year`s occupation (IOK,POK,OGB), Kashmiri fail to achieve their liberation and reunification.
Only hope is that we believe and trust on, our own people and try to achieve our liberation with the mass people`s movement and the help of the other international free nation's support.

Whats happen in Iraq, UN failed to stop (US and allies)" the might is right policy" its unjustified.

MEETING OF JK NAP UK IN BIRMINGHAM FOR A NEW CONVENTION

Subject: MEETING OF JK NAP UK IN BIRMINGHAM FOR A NEW CONVENTION

Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party UK (JKNAP UK) has been organised a successfull meeting at local resturanant in Birmingham.The agenda of important meeting of JK NAP UK is the re-organisation of the party in UK level, presided by the spokesperson of IC JKNAP,Advocate Nadeem Aslam.

Participants are unanimously dissolved the current body and membership of NAP UK and announced a adhoc convention committee for the new convention and the fresh membership of the party, the convention will be held on Sunday 4th October 2009 at Luton UK.

Prof.Sajjad Raja is a chairmain of the adhoc convention committee and Azad Raja ,Shaid Hashmi, Rashid Raja, Kh.Arif, Thair Mahmood are the members of the committee.

The party magzine will be produced at UK level on first of May 2009 for the education of the party cader.Sahaid Hashmi is a incharge of the auditorial board for the magzine.Nadeem Aslam is the incharge of finance committee.

There are some other descions were made according to the national ,regional and international situation on Kashmir issue.

The participents are looking for the unity among the Kashmiri Diaspora ,and other like minded groups ,espacialy strong working relationship with JK National Independent Alliance UK

The members of JK NAP UK will be providing a full support to the central party convention held on ,Monday 27, Tuesday 28, April 2009 at Rawalakot Poonch Azad Kashmir (POK).
JK NAP UK will carry out the indegnious struggle for an Independent and united Kashmir.

Announced a three members committee on humanitarian grounds to reclaim the mortal remains of Maqbool Bhatt from Indian authorities .The members of the committee are Prof.Liaquat Ali Khan, Gulam Hussain and Prof.Sajjad Raja.

میرپور(بیورورپورٹ)جموں وکشمیر محاذ رائے شماری کے مرکزی صدر محمد عظیم دت ایڈووکیٹ نے کہا ہے کہ گذشتہ انسٹھ سالوں سے آزاد کشمیر کے عوام کا استحصال کیا گیا، انہیں محصولات سے حصہ اور منگلا ڈیم کی آمدن سے محروم کیا گیا، منگلا ڈیم کی اپ ریزنگ میں دیگر کرپشن کے علاوہ مہاراجہ ہری سنگھ کی متروکہ اراضی کا معاوضہ 20 ارب روپے آزاد کشمیر کے عوام کی تعمیروترقی پر خرچ کرنے کی بجائے سابقہ حکمرانوں نے اپنی عیاشی کیلئے ہڑپ کئے۔ ان خیالات کا اظہار انہوں نے ای ایس ایف کے سابق مرکزی صدر حلقہ ایل اے بیس پونچھ چار کے وطن دوست اتحاد کے نامزد امیدوار سردار آفتاب خان کی انتخابی مہم کے آخری بڑے جلسہ عام سے تھوراڑ کے مقام پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے کیا۔ جلسہ سے نیشنل عوامی پارٹی کے صدر سردار جاوید شریف ایڈووکیٹ، سردار عارف شاہد، راجہ علی زمان ایڈووکیٹ، لیاقت حیات، عمران شان کے علاوہ کئی دیگر مقررین نے خطاب کیا۔ عظیم دت نے کہا کہ اسی ایکٹ کے تحت شہید کشمیر نے 1975ء میں آزاد کشمیر اسمبلی کے انتخابات میں محاذ رائے شماری کے پلیٹ فارم سے اپنے دیگر 21 سے زائد امیدواروں کے ساتھ حصہ لیا تھا، مقبول بٹ عسکری اور سیاسی محاذوں پر بیک وقت جدوجہد اور عوامی مسائل کو حل کرانے کیلئے اسمبلی کے انتخابات میں حصہ لینے کے حامی تھے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ منگلا ڈیم کی بجلی سے پورے آزاد کشمیر کو مفت بجلی دے کر بھی آٹھ سو میگاواٹ بجلی فروخت کیلئے بچ جاتی ہے جو عوام کی ترقی میں بنیادی کردار ادا کر سکتی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ سردار آفتاب سے ان کا واسطہ گذشتہ تیس سالوں سے ہے نہ بکنے والے اور نہ جھکنے والے ہیں انہیں کامیاب کرایا جائے۔ بعدازاں محاذ کے صدر نے اپنے وفد جس میں محمد اصیفر راٹھور، میر امجد الرحمن زرگر اور راجہ محمد نذیر شامل تھے منگ میں یادگار شہداء پر گئے جہاں سردار سبز علی خان، فاتح میرپور کرنل خان محمد خان اور دیگر شہداء 1947، 1965اور 1971ء کی بخشش اور درجات کی بلندی کیلئے دعا کی۔
