Jammu Kashmir National Independence Alliance UK (JK NIA UK) will be holding an important meeting on Sunday 21st March 2010 in Bradford UK.
All the constituent parties confirm their participation in this very important meeting. JK NIA UK are adopting a comprehensive strategy for the upcoming UK general elections. JK NIA proposes to support those candidates who are raising their voices for the right of self determination for the people of Jammu Kashmir and oppose the proxy policies of Indian and Pakistani state. Pakistani and Indian occupation has destroyed, Kashmiri identity , culture , history, geography, wealth and its natural resources.
JK NIA UK will stand with the pro-people democratic stance on Kashmir and work for an Independent , United, Secular Kashmir which will work for peace and security of the region in South East Asia.
The president of JK NIA UK Mahmood Kashmiri has said that we need to secure a broader support within British Kashmiri Diaspora and all British parties in general on political and diplomatic front.This is because British Parliament and European Parliament have a vital and important role in the future of an independent Kashmir. JK NIA UK are seeking their diplomatic support for the liberation of Jammu Kashmir. A detailed statement will be issued after the meeting.

New Elected Leadership of JKNIA UK

Jammu Kashmir National Independence Alliance United Kingdom (JK NIA UK) was held its special session to elected a new representatives for the next term.

ریاست جموں و کشمیر کی موجودہ صورتحال تشویشناک ہے ، طاہر بوستان
مانچسٹر (پ ر) جموں وکشمیر نیشنل الائنس کے صدر طاہر بوستان ایڈووکیٹ کی زیر صدارت منعقد ہوا۔ اس موقع پر انہوں نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ریاست جموں وکشمیر کی موجودہ صورتحال تشویشناک ہے ۔ عوام کو جامہ تلاشی کے بہانے پر ہراساں کیا جا رہا ہے ۔ بھارتی مقبوضہ کشمیر میں انسانی قوت پانی کی طرح بہایا جا رہا ہے ۔ سیاسی قیدیوں پر تشدد روز کا معمول بن چکا ہے اس صورتحال کو مد نظر رکھ کر الائنس کو ائندہ کا لائحہ عمل تیار کرنا ہوگا ۔ الائنس کے سیکرٹری جنرل محمود کاشمیری نے بھارتی رہنما سونیا گاندھی کے بیان پر رد عمل ظاہر کرتے ہوئے کیا۔ ریاستی عوام اپنے وطن کی آزادی کی جنگ لڑ رہے ہیں ۔ نہ کہ بھارتی آئین کے دائرے اختیار میں رہتے ہوئے دھاندلی شدہ انتخاب کے لئے اس طرح دنیا کی آنکھوں میں دھول نہیں جھونکی جاسکتی بلکہ حقائق کو تسلیم کرتے ہوئے کشمیریوں کو حق آزادی دیا جائے ۔ چوہدری محمد یونس نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ شہید کشمیر مقبول بٹ نے تحریک آزادی کی ابتداء ہی اس نظریہ کو سامنے رکھ کر کی ریاست جموں وکشمیر ایک آزاد مملکت تھی ۔ اس کی آزادی پر کوئی سودے بازی کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جا سکتی بلکہ قابض غیر ملکی قوتیں جتنی جلد ممکن ہو سکے کوچ کریں ۔ اس مقصد کو حاصل کرنے کیلئے کشمیری عوام اپنا خون بہا رہے ہیں اور ہر ظلم و ستم کا مردانہ وار مقابلہ کررہے ہیں ندیم اسلم اور غلام حسین نے کہا کہ آزادی ہمارا حق ہے اس کیلئے ہم ہر طرح کی قربانی دے رہے ہیں اس لئے ہی آج ہم شہید کشمیر مقبول بٹ کی برسی منا رہے ہیں کیونکہ انہوں نے اپنی جان دے کر اس تحریک آزادی کی آبیاری کی ہے ۔ اس موقع پر لیاقت علی خان ، غلام حسین اور پروفیسر سجاد پر مشتمل ایک کمیٹی بھی تشکیل دی گئی ۔

25th MARTYRDOM DAY OF MAQBOOL BHAT IN BRADFORD UK
An event has been organized by Mahmood Kashmiri in Bradford UK on 25th Martyrdom day of Shaeed-e-Watan Maqbool Bhat and Suhday-e-Chakoothy (Liaquat Awan,Sajad Anjam,Furagh Qurashi) to pay rich tributes to the Kashmiri legends.
The event was Presided by Mahmood Kashmiri President JKNLF EU,Chief guest was the Chairman of the KBC tv Najib Afsar and hosted by Nadeem Aslam Spokesperson IC JKNAP.
The other speakers were Gulam Hussain KFM,Azmat Khan JKLF(Y),Ex, Loard Mayor`s Ranzab Ch.and Ghaznfar Khaliq, Khawaja Hanif, Dr.Irshad Zia,and Jurnolist Altaf Masoody from Srinagar,Babu Mushtaq of Muslim Conference,Mulana Hanif Naqashbandi and Cnclr.Mukhtar Ahmad were among the others.
All the speakers praised the struggle of Maqbool Bhat and his followers that they given to achieve the goal of an Independent ,United Kashmir free from occupied forces (India-Pakistan).
They said the Occupied forces must end their occupation and warn their proxy tools both inside and outside of Kashmir ,are failed to fulfilled the needs and aspirations of the Kashmiri nation as whole and the followers of the Sheed Maqbool Bhat are ready to take their case in its own hands.We don`t need any self claimed Advocate to present our case in any where ?
Both countries are destroying the life and property and their culture through their illegal occupation.
As a nation Kashmiries are rejected the proxy ideas of accession to India or Pakistan.
Kashmir is only for Kashmiries and we proud on our identity as a Kashmiri Nation.
They demanded India to return the remains of Maqbool Bhatt to their family and immediate stop of the human rights violations in its Occupied Kashmir.
They appeal to the Kashmiri Nation to put strong pressure on all puppet governments (IOK,POK,POGB) to declare Maqbool Bhat their National Hero.
India-Pakistan (China) withdraw their troops from the territory of Kashmir.
Both countries stop human rights violations in all occupied areas of Kashmir,and let them to take control of all their resources in their own hands,and spent it on its own people.
Stop the illegal construction of Mangla Dam, Diameer Bhasha Dam,Bahgliar Dam,Nimoo Bazgo power and other water projects ,and give royalty to Kashmiries,
The popular resistance movement entering a new phase of struggle to achieve their goals for an Independent Kashmir and Kashmiri Diaspora has a very important role in it we need to stand together against occupied forces(India-Pakistan).
