Protest on 13 OCT 2009 in front of European Parliment against Gilgit Baltistan Package 2009

Gilgit Baltistan Action Committee Belgium will organise a protest in front of European Parliament on 13 October 2009 at 12.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs time . The purpose of the protest to highlight the Gilgit Baltistan Package(so called ) given by Pakistan & the Human rights violation (via the Pakistan & India) in the Kashmir . . Kashmiri people believe that this Package is step forward towards the division of Kashmir . It seems Pakistan & India has agreed on the division formula . Belgium Kashmiri believes that this new Package of Pakistan will not bring any result in the region , the people from POGB will not get their basic rights by the corrupt regime . Its also very strange for the entire Kashmir Nation that so-called package is for the POGB people but the Governor is PUNJABI .In the protest Kashmiri community living in Belgium will participate . Before the protest Gilgit Baltistan Action Committee Belgium will send their memorandum to all the European Parliamentarian , which deals the Pakistan , India & peace , Security in South-Asia . This is the first time that Genuine Kashmiri will protest in front of EU & the Kashmiri people Knows that it happened before many many times that Kashmiri (either link to Pakistan or India) did the activities ( i.e conferences , seminars protest ) for interest of the Pakistan , India . Via this statement Gilgit Baltistan Action, Committee Belgium invites all the true & genuine Kashmiries to participate in the coming protest . The committee itself also contact the Kashmiri community in Belgium .

Gilgit Baltistan Action Committee Belgium EU

In the meeting of Gilgit Baltistan Action Committee (GBAC) Belgium it was decided that Kashmiri Community in Belgium will sooner organise a big demonstration in front of the European Parliament during the Parliament session .The main purpose of this demo is to protest against the so called package of Gilgit Baltistan & to highlight the Kashmir issue . In the protest All Kashmiries will participate .The speciality of this protest will be that this is not sponsored by INDIA or Pakistan Agencies . This protest will open a new debates in Euro parlimentarian that there are Kashmirir who do not believe on India or Pakistan .The final date of the properest will be announced next week .
I hope all the Kashmiri people in Belgium will be given their participation in the protest .In the meeting Zahid Khan , Mirza Shabir , Sajid Saddique , Gulfraz Khan ,M. Shahid , Hassan Bhai has participated. It was also decided that All the committee members will contact to other Kashmiries in Belgium.
