State suppression is continued against JK NAP,JK NSF.

JK NAP president Liaqat Hayyat, JK NAP and JK NSF leaders, activists remain in Rawalakot central jail since 19 july 2009 and have not been released so far, even there have been demonstrations all over POK cities and towns for their illegal detention. It is kind of savagery against JK NAP leadership shown by Pakistani state secret agencies and local POK administration. It has to be remembered that only JK NAP, JK NSF has been victim of this special treatment due to party,s firm stand against illegal occupation, mistreatment of local population, exploitation, corruption, backwardness, deceiving and deception policy of Pakistani state on Kashmir dispute. JK NAP leaders have been incarcerated only for rejecting ruling party Muslim conference resolution of state accession to Pakistan. It is highly condemnable act of indecency, unpatriotism committed by Muslim conference against the will of Kashmiri people, instead of feeling shame on this inhuman act and a crime committed against Kashmiris, ruling Muslim conference have been celebrating this shameful day every year and JK NAP counter rallies provoked not only ISI,MI bosses of MC but local ruling elites also. Muslim conference Govt intends to break the will of JK NAP leaders with the help of Pakistani state secret services but it would be only day dreaming for them. JK NAP is committed to its cause and would never like to compromise on its principle stand.

International Council JK NAP once again demands that JK NAP leaders and activists must be released immediately, they delay will create more disturbance in POK, as local puppet administration has observed the public support of JK NAP. It is also JK NAP,s political victory over the local MC Govt, when two days ago all POK pro- independence parties have extended their unconditional support to JK NAP in a meeting held in Rawalakot city. It has been decided in the meeting that on August 6th, there would be rallies in all districts headquarters of POK for the illegal detention of JK NAP president and activists of JK NAP,JKNSF. IC JKNAP welcomes this move and thanks to all political forces joining us and showing solidarity with our party leadership and activists, it is appreciated act and will continue pressure on ISI and its local stooges in POK. International Council also directing our members and leaders to plan demos in front of Pakistani embassies and consulates in Europe, America and where ever it is possible for them.
