JKNAP + JKNSF ARRESTS IN POK

Further to your mail, again I demonstrate that its all based on your ill imaginations and you should have to learn and understand the Kashmir conflict and its historical,political and legal back ground and study of political resistance movements in forcibly divided Jammu Kashmir?

JKNAP and JKNSF are belongs to a pro people resistance movement in POK since 1966.
There are a three kinds of fractions working in Jammu Kashmir proxies of India (believing accession with Indian Union) ,Proxies of Pakistan (believing accession with Pakistan)and the pro people struggle for an independent ,unified Jammu Kashmir.The proxies are succeeded to maintain statuesque in Jammu Kashmir since last 62 years with principle of divide and rule.

Now its your turn to explain us WHICH SCHOOL OF THOUGHT are you belonging too.Its help us to understand your frustration related to Jammu Kashmir?

Your previous mails directed us towards accession with Pakistan is your school of thought which sorry to say an expired idea in current geo- political scenario.

I am representing JKNAP and JKNSF and me and my comrades are happy to answer your quires related to our pro people stance not the confused mixture of your mails which demonstrate that you correct yourself on number of things.
JKNAP +JKNSF are crystal clear on the issue of occupation POK,IOK,OGB,Aksai Chan.

The book "Pakistan Occupied Kashmir : The Untold Story” was an effort of The Writer Lt. Col A.K. ‘Sam’ Sharma is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Kharakvasla.
There is nothing to do with JKNAP +JKNSF,I should be able to provide a list books on Kashmir produced by Pakistani officials.

We did condemn Indian brutality and suppression in IOK,but we are living under the occupation of Pakistan POK,OGB.
Where president JKNAP Liquat Hayyat and other JKNSF leaders are still in prison and penalised since 19th July 2009.Why you and your Hurriat leaders did`t say any single word on it and they working for the Right of Self Determination of Kashmir.Which is even not comply with article 257 of The Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan,1973.

What Article 257 saying,

257- Provision relating to the State of Jammu and Kashmir
When the people of the State of Jammu and Kashmir decide to accede to Pakistan, the relationship between Pakistan and that State shall be determined in accordance with the wishes of the people of that State.

Its time for every pro freedom person to show their unity and solidarity with the leadership of JKNAP +JKNSF for their immediate unconditional release from the prison and our peaceful demonstrations are keep going every where until the release of our brave leadership of JKNAP+JKNSF.

IC JKNAP is extremely thankful for the firm support of all the political leadership and human rights organisations ,Amnesty International,Asian Human Rights Organisation,Jammu Kashmir Council for Human Rights and other organisation`s for raising their voice in favour of JKNAP+JKNSF.
Jammu Kashmir National Independence Alliance UK is closely working with the JKNAP UK and considering a protests in front of Pakistani missions in UK.They repeat their demand of immediate release for JKNAP leader`s in POK.
