SUPPORT RESTORATION OF JUDICIARY LONG MARCH IN PAKISTAN



Jammu Kashmir NAP and other like minded groups are fully supported to the RESTORATION OF JUDICIARY LONG MARCH IN PAKISTAN today .
JK NAP president Javeed Shrief Advocate, Liquat Hayyat from Pounch Rawalakot (POK) ,Srd. Niaz form Kotli ,Ejaz Nazir ,Arshad Malik ,Mukhtar Ahmad ,and Ch.Mahfooz ,Advocates from Mirpur, Nasir Butt and Liaq Mahmood Advocate from Bhimber,Raja Ali Zaman Advocate from Dudyal, Razaq Kashmiri Advocate ,from Samani, Abdual Sitar Advocate from Bagh, Basit Bazmi ,Mubrak Awan,from Mzd POK.
Javid Shrief President JK NAP (POK) stated that the restoration of (chief justice) C.J.Iftikhar M Ch. and other Judges of Supreme Court and High Court is a key move towards an independent judiciary.The principle stand of C.J did broader effects on civil society, and to led the nation towards a real democratic society and stop military and its generals to destroying the constitution of Pakistan again and again,its also against the will of the people of Pakistan.
He mention that Gen. Pervaz Mushraf should be impeached through national assembly of Pkaistan and come under trial article six (treason) of the constitution of Pakistan.
