They were arrested on 12th January 2013 at Mangla Mirpur Azad Kashmir by Pakistan’s secret agency ISI along with the local police and agencies and have been shifted to District Jail Mirpur Azad Kashmir (POK). Arif Shaid President Jammu Kashmir National Liberation Conference (JKNLC) who hosted them is also arrested with them and is in prison too. They all are complying with the Kashmir state subject rule 1927 and are citizens of Kashmir. Vijay Abrol and Darvinder Singh Behal have been charged by the police for ‘illegally’ entering Pakistani Occupied Kashmir. Both persons are messengers of peace and religious harmony is on the tour of good will gesture from the other side of divided occupied Kashmir (IOK). Kashmir was an independent state on 15th August 1947, but was a victim of imperial agenda in the region and the creation of India and Pakistan led Kashmir a bone of contention between both countries. After 65 years Kashmir is divided into four parts and occupied by India, Pakistan and China. India Pakistan had four wars and various types of proxy wars on Kashmir. Which is a serious threat to the regional peace and security and world at large? Majority of Kashmiries want an united independent Kashmir for the betterment of their own people and for the region. More than 27 resolutions passed on Kashmir in UN. Freedom of movement and assembly endorsed by the constitutions of India and Pakistan and their controlled (occupied) areas of Kashmir IOK, POK too. UNCIP is also responsible of the UN resolution’s including freedom of travel, assembly and movement for the Kashmiri state subject holders in all occupied and divided area of Kashmir. Vijay Abrol and Darvinder Singh Behal are holder of Kashmir state subject and they came Pakistan and Azad Kashmir with their valid travelling documents. They delivered message of peace and religious harmony in various public gatherings and their purpose was to giving a message of peace, and they were arrested because this message contradicts with the policies of Pakistan and agencies in Azad Kashmir. Jammu Kashmir National Independence Alliance (JKNIA) is an alliance of British Kashmiri parties endorses their anger and protest on the illogical, unnecessary arrests of Vijay Abrol and Darvinder Singh Behal and Arif Shaid President Jammu Kashmir National Liberation Conference (JKNLC). JKNIA raise their demand via consulate of Pakistan in Bradford to Pakistani and Azad Kashmir authorities with their legitimate demand of their unconditional release of arrested prisoners. This act of their arrests severely harms the cause of peace between the divided parts of Kashmir. Its expose the role of Pakistan military establishment and their agencies that are controlling Azad Kashmir (POK).Their actions are against the peace and religious harmony in the region and they are the supporters of proxy war in Kashmir.
